Since almost everyone already has it, and it is cheap, it is exactly the type of item I love finding additional uses for, and there are a lot of rubbing alcohol uses I've already found for cleaning our homes, and for stain removal.
That is because alcohol is a solvent, so it works well in cleaning up some messes that water itself can't even seem to make a dent in.
