cleaning plastic

More and more things in our home are made with plastic, from food storage containers, chairs and tables, countertops, floor surfaces, and even automotive parts.

Although there are lots of things made with plastic, I've found there is not a lot of knowledge on how to clean it properly, especially since some of it can be rather pourous and readily stain and accumulate dirt.

Other plastic surfaces, on the other hand, don't seem to get very dirty at all, and wipe off easily.

Therefore, when sharing your tips below, to say what has worked well for you, please share what type of plastic item you were cleaning, if it was clear or colored, and also what type of dirt or stain was on it, if known.

Share Your Tips For How To Clean Plastic Objects

Plastic is one of the most common objects that needs cleaning in our homes, so share your tips with me for how you do it.

If you like to use a particular type of cleaner, either homemade or purchased, or special cleaning equipment to get the job done well, please tell me about that too.

Finally, pictures aren't required, but are encouraged, especially if it helps show how you do something or the good results you had from using your tips.
