Typically we think of water to clean things, and in general this works. But we all know that oil and grease repel water, so when you get greasy messes anywhere in your home, from your kitchen to your garage, what should you use?

For light grease and oil we all know we can use a mild soap or detergent, which helps grab the oil particles so you can rinse them away with water.

However, there are a lot of greasy messes where soap just isn't going to be enough. In those situations, you should grab a degreaser, preferably that also cleans at the same time, but which one should you use?
