Mrs. Meyer's Basil Counter Top Spray Cleaner Review

by Abby M.

Abby has shared her Mrs. Meyer's Basil scented counter top spray review.

Abby says:

I love Mrs. Meyer's basil scent!

It's very good at cleaning counter tops and removing bad smells, especially those from cooking.

It also cut through baked-on food from the stove top with ease. It is gentle on even formica counter tops and leaves no scratches, just a fresh, clean and herbal aroma.

In addition, it does not leave a residue on counter tops. I have started using it to clean all the parts of my kitchen since it works so well, and the smell is great.

I bought this product on a whim while at Cracker Barrel for breakfast one day. It was in their country store and it smelled so nice! It retailed for $3.99 which isn't bad - it's about average.

But, one of the nicest things about it is the lack of harsh chemicals and the introduction of essential oils and plant-based cleaners.

All the products are biodegradable, cruelty-free and the packaging is recyclable. In our household, we prefer to use products that are gentle on the Earth, but tough on cleaning and leave a nice, fresh scent.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in a good everyday cleaner, and although this is the only product I have tried from the Mrs. Meyer's line so far I
would probably try another in future.

Thanks Abby for your Mrs. Meyer's Countertop Spray review.

Here is a helpful hint for you once you are finished with that bottle of spray cleaner. You can use Mrs. Meyer's All Purpose Cleaner, which is basically the countertop spray, in concentrated form (there is some difference in the formulas, but not much), and make your own refill. You just dilute 4 tablespoons of the all purpose cleaner and add 1 cup of water, and combine in the empty countertop spray bottle and you've got the same cleaner again, for a fraction of the price. How cool is that?

So, does anyone else use Mrs. Meyer's cleaning products or laundry supplies in their home? If so, please share your Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day product review here, for this or any of the other products in the line.

In addition, if you use any other types of eco-friendly cleaning products, please share your green cleaning products review here, for any brand.
