This Liquid Detergent Didn't Work For Us

There are lots of varieties of this laundry detergent available, including liquid concentrate, HE, powdered, free and clear, several scents, delicate wash, and baby detergent.

This brand is touted for its natural, plant based ingredients, which make it an eco-friendly laundry detergent, since it is not petroleum based.

In addition, Seventh Generation recently came out with innovative new packaging for its liquid detergent. It has recently introduced a 4x concentrated formula, and with it there is a paper bottle, composed of cardboard and newspaper.

The bottle is actually compostable, or recyclable, which is pretty cool. What keeps it from leaking is that there is a plastic liner inside which holds the liquid. Once all the detergent has been used you pull out this plastic liner bag, which is also recyclable.

To the left is a picture of the new packaging. This is such a new and different packaging, I would love to hear from people who have actually bought this in the store, and used it, to say how it works for them.

In addition to the detergent, Seventh Generation also makes several other laundry supplies you can use in conjunction with it. This includes Seventh Generation dryer sheets and liquid fabric softener.
