To know how to remove paint stains you must know what type of paint it was, such as acrylic paint, water-based paint, oil-based paint, etc., and the surface the paint spilled on, such as glass, walls, carpet, clothes, hands, etc.
In fact, there are so many variations I cannot possibly give tips and advice on how to remove all those different types of stains.
