Mold Armor Instant Mold And Mildew Stain Remover Review

Carlotta has shared her Mold Armor Instant Mold and Mildew Stain Remover review.

Carlotta says:

I used Mold Armor's stain remover to spray the mold that was growing in the pressed wood bathroom cabinet of our basement half bath where there was a water leak.

The mold had also spread onto the sheet rock, and I thought it may all have to be replaced. Before going to all that expense though I decided to try a stain remover. I sprayed the surfaces with the remover and let it sit for about five to ten minutes.

I could not stay and wait because the smell was a little strong.

Once the time was up I came back into the bathroom and it did take a little scrubbing but it was not as bad as trying to clean it with plain bleach. I was able to scrub the mold away that same day after one use and did not have to replace the cabinet or the sheet rock.

The sheet rock did have to be repainted white again though because there was still a slight hue of stain from where the mold was growing, but it never returned in either place.

Taylor says:

Thanks Carlotta for your review of Mold Armor Instant Mold and Mildew Stain Remover.

Has anyone else used this, or another mold cleaner and remover for hard surfaces? If so, you can share your mold cleaners review here, or read other reviews that have already been submitted.

In addition, I know that in addition to this stain remover the company makes quite a few other products, all of which seem to have something to do with mold and mildew removal and cleaning, for many areas of the home. If you've used any of these products I would love to hear about them too. You can share your reviews here.

Steel wool

Use steel wool to gently buff the residue off. Easy to do and you will feel it being removed as you buff.

Removed mildew but caused window streaking
by: Anonymous

I used this product last year and it worked great but all the windows are streaky. How can I prevent this from happening?
