I bought the Snuggle "Wild Orchid and Vanilla Kiss" scented fabric softener on a whim because my 5 year old daughter was with me and liked the bottle.


I will give them a 10 out of 10 for their packaging and advertising. They had a bright, deep pink bottle with flowers and a bear on the package.



However, the style that the bottle was a bit uncomfortable to hold. It did not have an additional handle like a regular detergent or fabric softener bottle. That meant I had to grasp it around its neck, which is not ideal for a mom with 2 younger children.

When we got home I decided to do a load of laundry since I was excited and it smelled awesome. It was a nice thick fabric softener.

Thick is good - it means that it will have a great smell, generally.

After the load was done into the dryer they went with the Snuggle brand of scented dryer sheets, in the same scent, which I also liked. You could feel the thickness on them too.

I used both the liquid and the dryer sheets because my husband and I both smoke, so I wanted something to mask the smell.

My house and the clothes smelled amazing after using these products. That was a huge bonus too!


After all was said and done my clothes were clean and they did smell nice. They were soft too. But they had a worn feeling/look to them, which for older clothes made us fall in love with them but for newer clothes it made them looking older and dingy.

I would use this fabric softener again but with a bigger family, the small bottle and the price were not a good thing.

If I could get it in a larger size with coupons and better packaging I would use it on a regular basis.

Since using it I have switched back to my regular brand with my lovable handle for easy carrying, coupon accepting, industrial size brand.
