Below is a video giving tips for removing coffee stains from clothing with glycerin.

Glycerin is a vegetable based product which is often found in soaps and lotions, but also can be used to soften hardened stains.

Her instructions for removing either fresh or old coffee stains is to soak the clothing in cold water and glycerin, and then launder as normal with a laundry detergent containing enzymes.
