gain fabric softener

Gain is known for its various laundry scents. In fact, Gain's entire product line is organized into what it terms "scent families."

Those that use Gain laundry detergent are encouraged, by Gain's manufacturer, Procter & Gamble, to also use the other complementary laundry products within the "scent family" to keep the smell infused in clothing through the entire washing cycle.

Therefore, Gain has created complementary scents, such as their original scent, Apple Mango Tango, and several others you can use. First, there is the liquid fabric softener which can be added to the wash, and also dryer sheets which can be used in the dryer.

Gain is marketed for its various scents, and therefore there are no non-scented versions of either the detergents or the fabric softeners and dryer sheets.

Recently Gain also came out with a new product, called Gain Fireworks, which is actually not a fabric softener at all, but instead just a product which infuses scent into the laundry.

I would love for you to skip down here to share your own review of these scented products. I am interested in whether you use Gain detergent too, and if you feel like you need to use the detergent and softener to keep the smell you want, or if just using one of the products suffices.

Since these products are manufactured by one of the bigger companies (P&G) you can generally find at least some of the scents in most stores. You can also buy products online below, which includes even some of the harder to find varieties and scents.

Tell me how this fabric softener worked for you, the good or the bad.

Here are some helpful hints to make sure your review is as useful as possible:

Tell me which exact brand, type and scent of softener you are reviewing, and any other important identifying characteristics of it.

Further, helpful information would include how it made your clothes feel, how it smelled immediately afterward and whether the scent lingered or not, whether you had any problems with it staining or spotting clothing, what types of fabrics you use it with, and/or any allergies or skin reactions you or a family member experienced while using it, if applicable.

I also am interested in whether you feel you need to also use dryer sheets when you use the softener.

Any other details relevant to your opinions of the product or supply are all appreciated.
